Important Information:

  • Place: Laxmi Public School, X-20, Institutional Area, Karkardooma, Delhi-92
  • Registration Forms available at School Office from 9:00 a.m.- 01:00p.m.
  • Receipt of Registration collect form at School Office:- 9:00a.m. - 01:00p.m.
  • Registration Form must be duly filled and submitted at the school office within the specified dates/time
  • Registration does not ensure admission, which is subject to the availability of seats and merit of the applicant.
  • Registration Fee (Rs. 25/-) is non-refundable.

*Registration form should be filled neatly and carefully and should be submitted along with the following documents:*

For Age Proof:

  1. Birth Certificate of the candidate issued by the Municipal Corporation/Local Bodies.

For Residential Proof (Any one of the following):

  • Ration Card/Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having Name of child).
  • Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.
  • Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
  • Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
  • Aadhaar Card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.

3. Age Limit (Session 2026-27):

  1. For Pre-School (Nursery/Balvatika 1): 3+ years up to 4 years (As on 31st March, 2026).
  2. For Pre-Primary (KG): 4+ years up to 5 years (As on 31st March, 2026).
  3. For Class 1: 5+ years up to 6 years (As on 31st March, 2026).

4. The following formalities need to be completed at the time of admission (General Category):

  1. Admission form should be filled neatly and carefully.
  2. Birth Certificate
  3. Residence Proof
  4. Two passport size photographs (Student)
  5. Passport size photographs (Mother & Father 1 Each)
  6. A copy of the latest Progress Report Certified by the School in which the Student last studied (if applicable)
  7. Medical Certified (for children with special needs)
  8. Transfer Certificate (Original)
  9. Photocopy of Aadhar Card (Both Student and Parents)
